Op nummer 24 komt Michael Jackson binnen als hoogste nieuwe met het lied over zijn rat. Op 26 verwelkomen we Andre van Duin met zijn versie van Day-O, namelijk het Bananenlied. Van 40 naar 38 stijgt Harley Quinne met een ander oud nummer in een nieuw jasje : New Orleans. Een toekomstige nummer 1 hit horen we binnenkomen op nummer 44 : Crazy Horses van de Osmonds. Met de treiterschijf van Shocking Blue gaan we terug naar het Paradijs met Eve and the apple. Een aantal mooie kanskaarten deze week zoals die van Cat Stevens, Colin Blunstone, Mike & Michael en Jim Croce. De in Zweedse streken zeer populaire Cornelis Vreeswijk vergast ons deze week op Jantjes Blues als kanskaart van Nico Steenbergen.

Mike Ross himself chooses the winner of Hitback Competition No. 3. RNI resumes its UNICEF promotions over "Peace" by Peter. The sea is rather calmer today than it has been recently.

Tony Berk and Ferry Maat appear in a mobile discotheque today.

Tuesday 5 December 1972

There is a special programme from 15.00 to 17.00 for Sinterklaas featuring artists such as Andre van Duin and Nico Haak. The sea is too rough for a tender today, so the programme schedule is the same as yesterday, except that Brian McKenzie continues through to 4.00.

 

Wednesday 6 December 1972

Ferry Maat has an interview with Redwing at 16.30 today. Rob Eden features records by Shocking Blue in his show. Again the sea is too rough for a tender.

 

Thursday 7 December 1972

At last there is a tender, which takes off Marc van Amstel and brings back Gerard Smit and Mike Ross. Tonight's programmes are:

Rob Eden says that Dave Rogers is considering whether to rejoin RNI, Arnold Layne is living in Tottenham and Tony Allan was last seen in the Copacabana in Amsterdam.
