You came, You saw, You conquered.

Hans ten Hooge hosts today's early show and Gerard Smit presents "Doorsnee Noordzee" in place of Peter Holland, who is on holiday. Nico Steenbergen now knows about the new International service.

Tonight's International service programmes are:

 20.00 Don Allen

 22.00 Brian McKenzie

 24.00 Don Allen (Country'n'Western Jamboree)

 2.00 Don Allen

 3.00 - 7.00 Mike Ross

Two mobile discotheques today - one with Tony Berk and Ferry Maat and the other with Alfred Lagarde and Leo van der Goot.

Sunday 12 November 1972

There is a mistake on the Dutch service. At 16.00, instead of the third hour of Driemaster with Alfred Lagarde, the Vader Abraham show tape was started. This was put right at 16.15 and then, at 17.00 the Vader Abraham show tape was put on again at the right time.

The World service commences at 10.00 on short wave and programmes for this and the International service are:

 10.00 Nordsee goes DX

 11.00 Brian McKenzie

 14.00 Mike Ross

 17.00 Don Allen

 20.00 Mike Ross (Hitback Show)

 22.00 Don Allen

 24.00 - 3.00 Brian McKenzie

In the 20.00 news broadcast there is a Force 10 gale warning. Brian McKenzie assists in picking the winner of hitback competition 22. Ferry Maat and Tony Berk are the DJs appearing in a mobile discotheque today.

Monday 13 November 1972

RNI is off the air for much of the morning due to water having come over the side of the ship during last night's Force 10 gale.

Programmes this evening are:

 20.00 Mike Ross

 22.00 Don Allen

 24.00 - 3.00 Brian McKenzie

Tuesday 14 November 1972

Hans ten Hooge leaves on the tender and Marc van Amstel returns. Marc reads afternoon news. No change to the International service schedule.

Wednesday 15 November 1972

For some reason Don Allen reads the news at 21.00, but otherwise news is read by the DJ broadcasting in the preceding hour as usual. Lots of new records in the Mike Ross show and lots of mentions for Tony Allan in Brian McKenzie's show.

Thursday 16 November 1972

Hans Molenaar goes off on the tender, along with Mike Ross, who is going off to record an interview with the Osmonds. Returning on the tender is Dick de Graaf. RNI closes at 23.00 for aerial maintenance. Programmes are:

 20.00 Brian McKenzie

 22.00 - 23.00 Don Allen

Don Allen says that a new DJ, Bill Crisp, will be joining RNI, having previously worked for Manx Radio.

It is reported today that Rob Eden has quit DJing and is working as RNI's London representative. Plans for an all day English language service have now been scrapped "mainly for political reasons and the fact that you have to give your advertisers what they want".

Friday 17 November 1972

Mike Ross returns on the tender and programmes this evening are:

20.00 Mike Ross (International Top 30)

 22.00 Don Allen

 24.00 Brian McKenzie (Rock'n'roll Special)

 2,00 Brian McKenzie

 3.00 - 6.00 Mike Ross
