Sunday 26 March 1972

Kop Op is presented today by Nico Steenbergen.

On shortwave, Nordsee goes DX is broadcast at 10.06 this morning after two records. A J Beirens says that, at certain times, RNI can be heard on the 49 meter band transmitter in the USA. Also there is a competition in which you have to identify a piece of music used by an offshore station and send the name of the station plus its wavelength to PO Box 113, Zurich. First prize is a trip from England to Belgium or France or vice versa, second prize is a copy of "Man of action" and third prize is a poster of one of the offshore stations. Featured station in the programme today is Capital Radio, including an extract of Paul Harris. After the DX programme, Nico Steenbergen presented records (in English) until 11.00.

Tonight's programmes are:

 18.00 Tony Allan (Hitback Show)

 20,00 Terry Davis (Requests)

 21.00 Paul May (Cloud Nine)

 24.00 - 3.00 Terry Davis

Newsreaders are Tony Allan and Terry Davis. The new hitback competition requires listeners to send in their Top 5 singles of all time.

A new advert today for Mobil, made by Paul May.

Monday 27 March 1972

Nordsee goes DX is repeated on shortwave between 20.00 and 21.00, with Leo van der Goot filling in with records before and after the programme.

Tonight's programmes:

 24.00 - 3.00 Tony Allan

News is read by Tony Allan and Terry Davis.

Tuesday 28 March 1972

The shortwave transmitter is off the air for part of the morning and Terry Davis puts it off the air for about 45 seconds at 19.25. A tender was due today, but did not come out due to a Force 8 gale. So the programme schedule and newsreaders are the same as yesterday.

Wednesday 29 March 1972

Still no tender today, so programmes follow the same schedule as yesterday and news is read by Tony Allan and Terry Davis.
