On the Dutch service Tony Berk now seems to have a regular show from 11.00 to 13.00 on Sunday. Again Mike Ross and Tony Berk are advertised as appearing in a mobile discotheque today, but Mike is still on board the Mebo 2.

This evening's programmes are:

Brian McKenzie presents the Top 20 show in a different way, with the hitpicks, Smash Plays and LP of the week being played in between the Top 20. But the Number 17, Vince Hill's "Look around and you'll find me there", and the Joost de Draaier and Peter Holland hitpicks were not played. Paul May and Terry Davis read the news.

The new entries into and dropouts from the Super Top 50 are not played in Driemaster today as they have been recently on Sunday.

Paul May appeals to people who have ordered a copy of the RNI Souvenir Book but have not enclosed a note of their addresses to contact the station. The programme schedule and newsreaders are the same as yesterday.

Wednesday 3 November 1971

A new mobile discotheque promotion featuring the voices of Nico Steenbergen and Leo van der Goot is introduced today. Programme schedule and newsreaders are unchanged.

Thursday 4 November 1971

Mike Ross, Paul May and Leo van der Goot go off on shore leave and Dave Rogers, Rob Eden and Hans ten Hooge return to the Mebo 2. This alters the programme schedule this evening to:

 20.00 Terry Davis

 22.00 Brian McKenzie

 24.00 - 3.00 Dave Rogers

Dave Rogers, Rob Eden and Terry Davis read the news.

Brian McKenzie hosts the Skyline programme from 3.00 to 6.00 on Saturday morning. Newsreaders are Dave Rogers, Rob Eden and Terry Davis.

Ex-RNI news......Roger Day, Andy Archer and Spangles Muldoon are reported to have joined a new station called Radio Sovereign, which is set to start broadcasting on 20 November 1971 on 227 metres.

I only noted one new record played as hitbound in the week commencing 30 October 1971, which was "Salt of the earth" by Dandy.
