Ik vroeg me af of dit soms de zelfde versie is als die van Lace en Red Herring? Bij beluisteren merk ik dat het ’t zelfde nummer is, maar wel in een eigen uitvoering.

Rob Eden has introduced two regular spots in the Mark Stuart show - at 19.15 there is “Kissing Contest” and at 19.45 “Kiddies Call”. The 31 metre band transmitter leaves the air at 20.00 for aerial adjustments, to return at 7.00 tomorrow morning. Although Crispian St John is on shore leave, there is light flashing this evening, with Paul May and Mike Ross. Tonight’s programmers are:

Monday 27 September 1971

Nico Steenbergen goes off on shore leave, which means that Hans Ten Hooge takes over for his week of Driemaster. Leo van der Goot returns to the Mebo 2. The 31 metre band transmitter again leaves the air at 20.00 for more technical adjustments. Programmes this evening are the same as Saturday (although there are no Skyline shows) and Paul May and Dave Rogers are this evening’s newsreaders.

Tuesday 28 September 1971

Yet again the 31 metre band transmitter goes off at 20.00 for maintenance. Mike Ross was getting mixed up with dates in his programme this evening – after playing “Sing Sing Barbara” by Laurent and the Mardi Gras he said “That record is going to be issued in England on 3 September 1971, that’s next week of course”. The programme schedule is the same as yesterday and the newsreaders this evening are again Paul May and Dave Rogers.

The 31 metre band transmitter stays on the air all day today. News tonight is read by Paul May, Dave Rogers and Mike Ross and tonight’s programme schedule is the same as yesterday.
